Symptoms of chronic varmam are tuberclosis , pain, cough , asthma, bleeding stomach, gastric problem, thirst, severe tiredness, pain in limbs, fever, ulcer, hatredness to food, emaciation, opening of the left nostril while the right nostril is blocked severely, stool excretion in alternate days and hard like arecca nut, urine is turbid and flow like the brown sheeps horn, irritatingskull and itching throat. If these symptums are there then assess that the condition is bad and then find out the nature of the disease, thetraumatic place, possiblity of death, feasible and unfeasible status etc, to be assessed and do the proper adankal and then give medicine so that the curing possiblity is more.,
The symptoms of feasible and unfeasible conditions
Feasible conditions :
After a varma injury the pranan gets distracted and if it does do any considerable impact even after three subsequent days, then it is a curable varma injury. We can treat such patients. Also the five asayams (Amarvasayam, Pahirvasayam, Chalavasayam, Malavasayam and Chukkilasayam) functions properly even after the varma injury, there is no death. This shows the feasibility condition.
Unfeasible conditions:
Puncturing in varma places, breakage in the cervical region with a drooping head, crush in shoulder and neck, strong trauma with puncturing in the aththisurikki, strong collision to the kallidai varmam with collapsed testicles, turbiditty in the Chevikutri varma, the opening of the eyes with other organs, widening of moonkil vattam, breakage of the rib-cage of cave of panchavaranam, evacuation of stool and urine, evacuation of semen and increase in phlegma with excess sweating.
